Step 1: Enter your Roster
To get your team registered, find the link to your church's roster below and fill in with your players. The link will take you to an online Excel file where you can find your team and enter your players' information directly. You will need the sheet password provided to your YF Secretary to open it.
Step 2: Register your Team
Once your team roster is filled out, go ahead and register your team using the registration link below. The registration form will require a final roster number to accurately calculate your team fee. You must have your roster finalized and payment sent to complete your team registration.
Step 3: Sign your Roster
Please print out a copy of each completed roster tab for your YF.
Each individual roster should be signed and stamped with the church seal by the Parish Vicar, YF Vice President and YF Secretary. A coach and/or captain must also sign each respective roster.
The signed roster should be emailed to mtc.swryf.secretary@gmail.com and sportstournament2025@mtcd.org by July 15, 2025.
