About Parish Mission
The Mar Thoma Voluntary Evangelists’ Association serves as the organization within the Church that emphasizes the ministry of the laity. The Vicar encourages and strengthens this fellowship by helping them with Bible study and giving leadership in other ways. The branch of the Mar Thoma Voluntary Evangelists’ Association in the Parish is called Edavaka (Parish) Mission. Edavaka Mission is an integral part of the parish. All the members who are 18 and above are considered members of the Edavaka Mission.
